s14 need solid aluminum bushings pressed in

ive got some solid aluminum subframe bushings that i need to b pressed in for my s14 ive tried just about everything and cant get it. Im located in the 21911 aera about 20 min from Newark, DE if anyone can point me in the right direction thanks

Toss them in your freezer for an hour or two, hammer them down. Put a piece of wood in between the hammer and the bushings so you don't hurt them

If you can use a torch to heat the subframe up as well as freezing the bushings they should just drop in. Seriously. When everything cools/warms respectively they will be a tight fit.

I've tried freezing them then hammering them and tried using a nut an bolt as a make shift press and they won't go in

Wow I second pogstar. I did the same thing and they went right in, no need for a press. What brand did you get?
