s14 springs on s13
I am wondering if the front springs of an s14 will work on an s13, I am also wondering if the rear coilovers of an s14 will work on an s13. thanks for any help.

Front springs will swap but they're a different rate. Rears, look at a pair side by side and ask again. There's over 6inches difference in length.

I figure the coilovers could be adjusted down, however that would increase spring rate, by the way which spring rate is higher.

S14 rate is higher since it's a little heavier. Also note that automatic cars will have even higher rates since they're designed to handle a heavier frontend. A pair of 5spd front springs on an auto car will actually lower it a bit.
