98' s14 power window, locks, and sunroof not working!

My buddy owns a 98 240sx. He noticed that the windows stopped working along with the Door locks and sunroof. I'm not getting power at the driver switch. And the relay clicks on and off when plugging/unplugging it. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? All the threads I'm finding people replace wither the Window switch or relay and there problem is solved. I've tried both and is a no go.

it... sounds like a fuse, and if not, a relay that hinges on a fuse. check the FSM.

Sounds like the 25A fuse(location i) is blown. Also check the M13 connection to the circuit breaker in the fuse box down in the driver side foot well.

Is the m13 breaker on the back side of the fuse box?

Shit i ment to update this to say I fixed the problem. It ended up being the blue with red stripe wire that runs from the fuse box to the m13 circuit breaker. It was broken inside the fender well!
