s13 offset.... again..

just looking for offset recomendations for 17x8 in the front and 17x9 in the rear on an s13 coupe. im not going wide body, dont really want to fender roll either. i also have z32 calipers and stance coilovers. so looking for people with those sizes to give recomendations on good offsets to keep it clean and flush.

- i know this has probably been posted before, so im not looking for angry hate mail, just some advice. thanks

Have you tried the Wheel fitment whore thread??

http://zilvia.net/f/chat/129865-whee...re-thread.html

I have XXR 006's

front: 18x8.5+35 w/ 15mm spacers and 225/40.

rear 18x9.5+35 w/ 245/40

lol....................
if i had 17X8 and 17X9, personally i'd probably go 0 offset all around, but that's just me.

Right now I have 15X7, with 0 offset all around, and it's still not doing it for me.

The thing about the "wheel fitment" thread is none of those wheels actually fit without fender rolling, sticking out, fender pulling...

From my experience, the stock 17" 350z wheels have the perfect sizing and offset (at least to me).

Front
Size: 17x7.5
Offset: +30mm

Rear
Size: 17x8.0
Offset: +33mm

I have a similar setup...let's see if they'll let me post it.

Stance GR+ PRO's, Z32 calipers up front

F: 17x8 +5 215/40/17
R: 17x9 +0 (with 5mm spacer) 215/45/17

If this gets posted, ill put up some pics.

My fronts sit alright, I got some 7mm spacers in my room to make them better. I needed roll in front, and i needed roll + pull in the rear.

^ you don't have good fitment unless you have rolled fenders.

try to get as close to 17x9+15

My plan is to go 17x9 with a +20 offset.

If you want NO fender modification at all maybe go for something in the 25-30 range. I would say that +35 would be about as high an offset you would want to go.

You won't be able to run those without a roll and/or a pull but running those is defiantly not out of the question.

i have the same measuments on my wheels and the fronts will hit the coils. i have my wheels spaced out 10mm to clear my coils and my z32 brakes and thats with me having shaved off the nissan lettering on the brakes(which you may or may not have to do). with these wheels and really anything you get you will need to roll the fenders i had to roll mine to make mine fit as flush as i could with the 10mm spacers all around.

some coils will hit with a +22 some wont. also depends if the ones u have have the slotted top hole or not. most (i think) s13 fronts have the slot on top so u can lean er in some.

what type of wheels and coilovers do you have?
and what's your camber and toe like?

i have ksports which really your gonna need a spacer i can almost say that for sure i think the diamater of all coils are very close if not the same. and i have some bbs mesh rims and my spoke design is what causes me to have to shave the cailpers like i said you more then likely wont have that problem but you will be hitting your coils if your at +22 like i am.... i honestly cant remeber what offset you need to have a 9" wheel and it not hit the coils in the front
