How to switch from digital to analogue (external, of course)? Procedure and $? Anyone who's done it?

I have heard of one person who has done the swap. Its kind of not worth the cost.
You will need the cluster, HUD display, and possibly a ECU out a car that had the digital tach. Im not positive this is all you need but this is what I remember. Sorry I cant be of more help... |

I actually wanted to make the switch from digital to analogue, or try and fix my digital one which doesn't work.
Alright, different question: Anyone installed the luminous needles? How difficult was it? |

I have those intelli glow needles wating to be installed. I just dont have the patiance to sit down and read all about em and then actually rip everything down and take a whole afternoon to do it <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> I will let you know when I install them though.
