RB RB25 S13 no spark issue

Alright guys I'm having another problem, I ditched the Chase Bays harness and picked up someone elses homemade wiring harness and ECU combo that came out of a running car(or so they say). I tossed everything in the car and turned the key and voila! the ECU lit up(a signal that I have yet to see with this swap), turned it to start and nothing. The starter wouldn't turn over. So I ran a hot wire to the solenoid with the key in the on position, can see the fuel lines jumping, and when I run the starter through, it doesn't start.

I pulled off one of the coil pack plug and hooked it up to a spare pack and spark plug, and nothing, no spark. I have the coil pack harness grounded, the wiring harness grounded to the intake mani, and the block grounded to the chassis. I checked power to the coils and I have 12v and a good ground to all coils, but I do not know how to check the signal wires.

I have a spare ignitor and tried both and no change, and I have a spare CAS and tried it and no change.

If someone could tell me how to check all the signal wires for the coils I will do that, or if you have any other ideas please help me out! I've been trying to get this car started for months and I just can't figure it out. I'm pretty sure all my fuses and relays are good, the wiring harness was missing the two relays, ECCS and IGN relays I believe, but I managed to find a couple that are both 30 amp 12v relays so I imagine that they work fine. If anyone has any questions or ideas please help me out!! Thanks for reading all this if you made it this far!

Jeez, good luck Mike, just got mine up and running this weekend. I ended up going with WS pre-made harness and car started up within 5 seconds of the initial crank up.

if you jump the stater you need to turn the key at the same time and it should run.
