Im not saying you shouldn't do it for that "competitive edge" over other drivers, i just think if you like it, who else matters? Some like modding exterior, others performance. So long as you keep modding the way you like, more power to you. I just don't see those strobes in those ImportShowoffs making such a big ruckus.

Modding is in the eyes of the beholder. JDM in itself is pretty badass, but when you are aiming for performance, there is a whole roomfull of other companies that give better power for the price than some of the overpriced JDM stuff. And have you seen the style of JDM lately? Big fat chromes on a drift car, that unnerves me to say sometimes, stick with the tried and true. I think Taniguchi is the only one that can pull off altezzas.

Read your post make me think that u dont have anything to do.. I start the 3d only for ask if anyone know what the D1 driver use for the flashing headlight effect..not for opinion on jdm style..I've seen this D1 s15 at a show and the flashing light was very cool for me..sure only used when the car is in a drift show or competition, I don't wanna be a ass and use the light on the road..don't know the englis term to identify the people that drive with all those light on on the road..they are kinda ridicolous..but on a drift show would be fine..just this..

Right, I've think that if the modified is like a 50$ or so is acceptable..we spend 50$ for lot of other shit..otherwise..I've more important mods plans in the next months like a lsd, clutch and maybe hydraulic ebrake..

Just coming back from the "demolition or ruin" don't know in english.. :hammer: I've buyed a rear used caliper from a broke S14..this evening I'll install it, I try maybe the 2 of june on the track and I'll deicide if is good to install a hydraulic ebrake..there's lot of people use it on D1 and also some UK drifter..there's a shop that install it but leave my car to other people that work in it made me mad!!
