Need some help here.

I'm fairly new on the site so I don't know where this would go, mods please move if it's in the wrong place. Well this morning when i got into my S13, my belts didn't retract. I was like WTF? then I turned on my stereo but nothing happened, and i looked at the clock on the cluster but there was no numbers. I checked the fuses but they seemed fine. Didn't find any blown fuses but when i turn the ignition to the first click (acc. on) my electricity came back but no stereo. I hear like crackling sounds with a sorta high pitched squeaking sound from the speaker when i plug up my stereo.

BTW, i have an after market stereo with a CUT harness.

Any help is great fully appreciated.

Thanks.
