RB25 S13 start issues.

1992 Nissan 240SX
RB25DET S2
isis intake manifold
WS harness
walbro fuel pump
everything else stock.

When the engine is cold it will fire up, but wont idle unless i play with the gas pedal. After it warms up it will idle fine.

The car wont start after the car has been running for 20 minutes. Let it cool off for a couple of minutes and it will fire right up again. While playing with the gas pedal till it idles on it's own.

EGI relay has been bypassed.

I've replaced it with a new relay and fuel pump won't come on. When EGI relay has been bypassed fuel pump comes on.

I'm guessing that the ECU isn't sending the signal back to the EGI relay or could be a wiring problem.

Still don't know if thats causing my start up issues. I'm getting 43 psi with vacum off on my FPR and sits at around 30 some with vacum connected.

and also my walbro fuel pump doesn't sound like its humming normal. fuel pressure drop and goes back up sometimes.

guessing even my fuel pump is going out.

Just want the car to start up normal like any other car.

any help would be appreciated thanks.

I bought one from autozone and its color grey. Would color matter?
P/N 22630-44B20 was cross references to what autozone had.
and still doing the same thing.

Anyone know how I can check for ECU Codes on my 1992 240sx RB25?
ECU doesn't have the led light and screw. I've read you can use a paper clip jumper, to let the CEL throw codes. Not sure if that works for 1992 240sx.

Replaced my CTS using this P/N 22630-44B20. Got the CTS from autozone though.

Anyways I've already put in an order for a OEM CTS, Walbro fuel pump, & NGK spark plugs with FRSPORT.

Might be a fuel pump issue. My FPR reading goes up and drops down.
