RB25 S13: Ridiculously hard clutch pedal

I noticed this earlier this year when I bought the car, but thought it was just normal, until earlier this week I pressed it and broke of the tack welds and bent the assembly. I was towed to the shop and they fixed it (welded it back on). However, is there a reason my clutch is ridiculously stiff? The clutch is an ACT 6 puck with unknown lb pressure plate (running an RB25 tranny). My Supra has a heavy clutch too, but it's only a little bit heavier than stock. My 240 feels like it's triple the stiffness.

Any advice? Any upgraded slave/master cylinders out there?

Thanks,
Jeremy

you can try upgrading to a full SS clutch line if you still have that short rubber section (or just replace that short section) up to you

Nismo does make an Upgraded Slave cylinder that might help

Do you know of any vendor solutions? Maybe I'll just try replacing the slave for now..
