Finished the fuel lines, started routing the harness, gapped the new plugs, put the valve covers on, heatwrapped part of my harness by the radiator & the looped heater hose, Sunny also did most of the down pipe.
Tried to crank the car but nothing, Sunny jumped the starter and the car cranked slowly so i knew my starter was good. Added some grounds and tried to key start the car and nothing, checked fuses, nothing. Then i saw the clutch switch on the floor wasnt being pressed i think the clutch pedal bent away from it. So i pushed it with my hand and key started it and it cranked!!!, i was hyped. Then i connected the fuel pump, added almost 2 gallons of e85, and tried cranking it again & it ran for about a second. I need to figure out exactly where to connect my vacuum lines, adjust fuel pressure, & get a basemap and try again, also power steering needs to be finished, wideband bung welded on, exhaust crossover to cat-back, catch can set-up & a few other things.. |

Well, havent done much with the car in like 2 weeks. I was in ocean city maryland last weekend for H20i. It was pretty awesome, tons of stanced cars and met a bunch of friendly people. My tuner emailed me a start up tune, i updated my haltech and uploaded the tune but for some reason the car just cranks and wont start. but with the stock ecu it starts and idles.. Last night i helped my friend Eddie drop his rear subframe, take out the diff & burn out and remove the subframe bushings on his S13 SR drift car. Heres some pictures of that:
Here are some iPhone pictures i took from H20i followed by a video i made from my goPro footage, Check it out! |

Tiny bit, I heat wrapped my downpipe.
Hooked up my 12" mishimoto & 12" flexalite fan to two switches in my center console real quick just for now until i get the fans wires to my haltech. & I tucked away my battery relocation cable. Still cant figure out why my car isnt starting with the haltech. I finally figured out how to datalog and sent my tuner the datalog 4 days ago, so im just waiting for him to let me know whats wrong. |

I forgot to get battery pics ill try and get em tomorrow. Apparently in Maryland you can get tickets or even your car impounded depending on how much negative camber.... for example this guy who got himself famous after over like a thousand people at the "taphouse" where meets where held the whole weekend watched him get his car impounded, one minute its one cop car... 5 minutes later they bring out half the pig pen.. then they called in a traditional tow truck with the arm on the back. After figuring out there was no way in hell the car was going on that they called in a flat bed... Then a flatbed couldn't do anything either so supposedly the owner had to pay a $250 tow fee for the tow truck driver to drive his car to the impound lot. Thanks man im trying! Today i removed the stock power steering hardline and installed all braided lines, i just need sunny to weld a -10 fitting on the stock PS fluid feed fitting. Engine bay's still a mess, i cant wait to be done and tuck everything away. Also got my CXracing expansion tank. |

yeah, if you don't have to trim the rad support id be amazed. I beat the crap out of it for a couple hours before coming to the realization it wasn't gonna work. I forgot what serp belt im running but just google a/c delete belt that's how i found it. Yes PS no a/c.

Couldn't figure what the hell was wrong with the haltech, was about to take my car to a local shop but my friend recommended i call a tuner he knew, so i did yesterday. Today he came by and checked everything out. A couple of gallons of e85 later, a new battery & some adjustments on the fuel map and my car runs pretty good. I just need to break in this clutch and i'm going to get a more legit tune. If anyone in new york needs any help contact Waynespeed.com he knows his shit. So i threw a plate on the back and took it for a spin around my neighborhood & to the local 711. no front end, open downpipe, no fucks given just happy as hell to drive my car. Been over a year and i finally feel normal again, pissing neighbors off setting off car alarms like a boss. Cars still dirty as hell, gotta finish the exhaust, catch can, put all the body panels on etcetc but im just happy to be able to drive it. Sorry for the crappy photos, was too excited to take any videos either, better photos & video(s) to come.
