Help needed form our experienced members pleas!

This has to be somewhat of a not so common issue I am faced with...

1-I have an originally SOHC Automatic S13 Hatch that has an sr20det swapped with the manual trans, ecu etc. But the original main engine bay harness with the fuse boxes was hacked up by the previous owner so I want to replace it with a new engine bay harness

2-I currently have in my possession a DOHC 5speed engine bay harness(with fuse boxes)

Can I plug the big white super junction plug ends(big square plug located not the driver's side under the dash) from both the Dohc 5 speed engine bay harness to the Sohc automatic body harness together and everything will work fine between the two harnesses? Do I have to locate and re pin things? Should I just search for a Sohc 5 speed engine bay harness? The auto sohc body harness seems to have more pins on that plug than the dohc 5 speed engine bay harness does, I'm assuming because the automatic car has more sensors etc. I've searched but haven't come up with anything regarding the compatability of the two harnesses. Thanks in advance for any help or advice in advance guys!!

Yeah that's an easy answer. Went that route and they couldn't give me the answer which is kind of understandable.
This is what they said..

"HI. Our engine harnesses don't touch that "Super Multiple Junction
- SMJ" connector, so we don't have full info. BUT it should plug in, not
sure what will not work or need attention though. Missing/different pins
are to be expected as the engines are different.

Good luck!

Thank you,
