Wheel spacers and clearance
I searched and couldn't find anything on the exact issue I am having. I have a set of R33 calipers, they are 30mm so I am assuming they are roughly the same as the z32 calipers and would have the same issues with clearance.
I just wanted to know what size spacer would be required to clear the stock alloy wheels on an s13. I am staying 4 lug and can't grab an extra set of wheels ATM. This has probably been discussed before, I have read threads where they say a spacer will allow fitting of the 30mm z32 caliper under the SE alloys. Just that no one mentioned what size spacer gets the job done. |

I have the R33 GTST 4 pot front calipers, The car is an 89 XE with alloys, I know there were differences in the different alloy wheels between the base and SE models

I have a similar setup. I'm running 26mm Z32 4 pots with on teardrops. With a 25mm spacer i have just over 1cm of clearance. Depending on how much bigger the R33 calipers are then the 26mm Z32's, you may need to run a 25mm or more.
