Correct Auto to manual Swap procedure (S13/SR20) wiring.

Ok WHAT exactly is Needed to modify to Auto to manual Swap??
There are 2 CPU's in the Floorbaord near the main ECU.
DO these Stay Plugged in or NO? Do wires need to be Re-used??

When Converting a car to manual are these Supposed to be even touched or Wires re-routed?Someone told me to cut the wires and loop them back into each other????
1 I think is the Overdrive CPU (O/D light flashes) and the other I'm not sure what it does.

Anything needed to make this work other than the typical Looping of the 1 wire in the engine bay to allow the car to start?My Car starts but seems the throttle Dosen't do much when pressing to keep the idle or Rev's from Dying.

car will not Rev past 4k RPM's. - Hits like a rev Limiter.
there is One Other White COnnector near the Firewall Plug that the Old Auto SR harness had that does not get used sicne I have a Manual SR harness in there Now (the Auto KA obviously used this plug also Because its connected to the Dash Harness):


Searching I have done.Google I have done.Need help.

Turns out - The white Plug pictured has 2 LightGrn/Red Stripe Wires.
They got to 2 diff spots on the Main ECU's pin out diagram.
1 is the Power to TPS (sensor gets power as far as I know)
1 is Auto Trans gear Select.

Now if this goes to a White Connector CONNECTED to the DASH harness.Where is that sending the other end of the Wire??

Wondering if thats my problem w/ the Idle and w/ throttle Responce.
Don't understand why seeing as how the Signal off the ENGINE harness is Going Directly to the ECU??Bypassing the Other little CPU's.

I never read ANY of other wiring mods other then the Start Up Wire you have to Splice Together.Thats done.Car Cranks fine.
