well my terminology may be a bit off, I guess a hillbilly would simply be categorized as one who lives in the hills, whereas a redneck would more define a type of person who lives in the hills , so yah more importantly do you have an abundance of redneck hillbillies? it seems like the same situation as in my state and others, where they radiate outward from major hubs such as cities or coastlines etc. I was expecting something more magical but I will settle for basic standard hillbilly situation.

we have a commercial up here right now that starts out by saying "dial up in the boonies stinks" and then some other kid says "you still have dial up? we have new xxxxx cable service that blows dial up away" and then it says something like "high speed internet in the boonies? are your for real" all that overinvestment in high speed internet and communication lines in the 90's has finally trickled down to the hills. I bet a lot of people on here live in the hills, but probably dont consider themselves hillbillies.

BTW I am surprised that nobody has asked the OP why the fuck he cares anyway.

hillbillies are usually uneducated lower working class people who don't give a shit about a lot of stuff, like keeping their place looking nice and getting rid of garbage.

educated people who take care of their shit and also happen to live in the hills aren't hillbillies.
