I got this from a friend

A black dog is sleeping in the middle of a black road that has no streetlights and theres no moon, a car coming down the road with its lights off steers around the dog. how did the driver know the dog was there?

Four men were kidnapped, and they were buried to there neck. So only there head and the hat put on their head was above ground. They are buried like this #1 was on one side of the wall while the other three #s 2, 3, 4 were on the other like this:

They were all facing the wall so that #1 and 2 can only se the wall, # 3 can see the hat color of #2, and #4 can see #2 and #3.

They were told there were two black hats and two white hats, and if one person get’s the right answer they will be set free. If that person guesses wrong they will all be executed. They cannot talk to eachother.

Which one can figure out the right answer?

I assumed 4 can see 3 AND 2.
highlight for answer person 3

The wording should be changed to only the first person to get it goes free, might help clear it up for some.

Wording has been changed, they cannot share the info. #3 is correct but why?

Explanation: 3 sees that 2 has a white hat. And he knows if 4 sees 2 white hats 4 will definitely say something and free himself. Therefore 4 must see 1 black 1 white hat, therefore 3 must be wearing the black hat.
