I figured out the other part of the Dragon and Knight one.

The Knight lives becuase he drinks from a poisned well before the duel, knowing the Dragon will give him water from #7, curing him.

so I came up with 2 answers

1. small table, so you can only put 1 coin on it. instant win!

2. You start by putting 1 quarter in the middle of the table. Second everytime the devil puts a quarter down, you copy exactly where he put it just on the other side. Therefore you will always have a spot to put it and he will run out of space first.

This one is easy peesy
A man was found dead on a sunday morning by his wife. She called the police and they came right away. They asked all the staff and the wife if they had an alibi. SO I thought the answer was simple (EDIT: I think this is it):

The devil said "I'll go first"...so you stop him from laying down a quarter by asking him permission to go first. The result - You win...you've stopped him from putting a quarter down.

...

The REAL answer:The table is ROUND. There is no flat surface. You read round and thought CIRCULAR. But it says round, like a ball.

EDIT: ^^^ That's wrong...because the devil couldn't lay a quarter down flat, either.

A man walks into his backyard in the middle of the night and fires a gun. Due to this strange behavior, he never sees another sunrise. Can you explain this odd occurrence. What/Who did he shoot?

Hint: He did not shoot himself.

so there are 4 guys. they need to cross a bridge.
there is only one ticket to cross and the bridge can
only hold up to 2 people at once.

person 1 crosses the bridge in 10 minutes
person 2 crosses the bridge in 5 minutes
person 3 crosses the bridge in 2 minutes
person 4 crosses the bridge in 1 minute.

since 2 can only cross at a time, it will only take
the person with the largest time to cross. so if person
1, the one that crosses in 10 minutes, crosses the bridge
with the person that takes 1 minutes, it is not 11 minutes.
its still 10 minutes. BUT one person needs to run back to
give the ticket so that 2 more people can cross.

how do you get all 4 guys across within 17 minutes?

no they cannot swim. this riddle has no stupid out of the box answer.

yes.

if the person that takes 10 minutes crosses with the guy that takes 5 minutes, thats 10 minutes to cross. since one needs to go back, if 5 goes back, that adds 5 minutes.

your total is then 15 minutes

Send 2 back. 4 minutes
10 and 5 now cross. 14 Minutes
Send 1 back across. 15 Minutes
1 and 2 now cross. 17 Minutes
