Help identify this transition

Hello everyone ride is my first post. I'm considering purchasing a 96 S14 ka24de auto and comes with some parts to manual swap. Is this compatible? What shifter is on this? Thanks everyone!

its probably a KA transmission, the only other trans i can see it being is a 300zx but thats only because every other nissan transmission is more expensive than a KA, and you can definately tell this is from a nissan

The person selling it tells me I could use this for a S14 manual swap, but I can't find anything to validate the making and I don't think it will work.

I don't want to buy a large paper weight.

From what I am reading thru a quick google search,

I am being told that hardbody trans is a shorter length than the 240sx KA trans

And that tranny mount locations and shifter hole locations are different compared to the 240 trans.

Plus if the seller knows little to nothing on what he is selling, then that's just asking for a risky / pricy outcome.

I would pass till the right deal come along.

s14's use a CAS that mounts to the bell housing iirc so without that bell housing no it wont work.

that trans kind of looks like it might be a shorty

the shifter is beyond wrong for s13 or s14
