TPS Sensor
I just replaced the TPS on my ka24de and it is getting 4 volts of power. It is supposed to be adjusted between .45-.5 volts but no matter how i move the sensor I get btween 4.10- 4.8 volts. My idle is also at 3k please help

Your idle is at 3k?? Do you have a very very large vacuum leak?
i would look into that first off. is your throttle plate cracked open any? if your input voltage is 5 volts, and you have a proper ground (check continuity) and your OUTPUT voltage to the ecu is stuck at 4.10 - 4.8, that only offers two options. 1 - Throttle position sensor is bad 2 - ECU is bad, and is shorted out, sending signal voltage, and signal reference TO the tps, instead of receiving it. I had this issue with my MAF.. ECU was shorted, and the maf was reading a solid 5v
