Your idle is at 3k?? Do you have a very very large vacuum leak?

i would look into that first off. is your throttle plate cracked open any?

if your input voltage is 5 volts, and you have a proper ground (check continuity) and your OUTPUT voltage to the ecu is stuck at 4.10 - 4.8, that only offers two options.

1 - Throttle position sensor is bad
2 - ECU is bad, and is shorted out, sending signal voltage, and signal reference TO the tps, instead of receiving it.

I had this issue with my MAF.. ECU was shorted, and the maf was reading a solid 5v

Thanks so much for the reply, where can I check the output voltage to the ecu?
