can you turbo a stock ka24de???
i have a 97 se and i just want to put a cheap turbo on for ow untill i can save up for a bigger engine but how much can boost ca i push ?

No matter how many times you people say search they still come and ask.
so ... might as well humor them. Just give good info but do it in a hilarious fashion. You can turbo a stock KA24DE and apply 25psi of boost pressure. For twenty seconds or less. per engine. |

All pending on engine condition and parts quality and moat importantly tune
Do some research find out what moat people are doing on stock setups and go from there google will make you a lot smarter when executed properly |

Well how many miles, how are your compression numbers, how well did you and every owner take care of the car, all of those play a big role. You gave us no info to work on and asked a question. And bigger engine? You planning a 6cyl or V8? Hell save your time and money and put it all towards that if you are dead set on something bigger and just deal with the NA KA until that day comes. Otherwise you might not be able to save money because you are having to fix what you broke.
