S13 ka24de ecu or fuel problem?
Ok I just rebuilt the ka in my car and upon trying to start co the first time I noticed the cel would not illuminate and fuel pump dosent prime so. To start diagnostics I visually and physically examined all fuses and relays, only to find everything was perfect. I then removed passenger kick panel and checked the ecu no red light was on when ignition switch was in the on position only when I cut the key back the backup power would activate and he light would blink. I disconnected the ecu connector and check all the pins using my fsm and found pin 4 my switched ground was open so I applied ground through a switch and cel came on and led in ecu illuminated. But still no fuel pump priming I jumped egi pump relay at 3 and 5 fuel pump runs but when I do that I lose the ecu power and the injectors don't pulse when checking with a known good noid light. I am officially stumped I will change engine harness tonight and ecu Wednesday if I can't figure this out. All input is welcome just ready for some suggestions thanks.

Fixed problem replaced engine harness I could have fixed it but I was in a hurry mods close thanks.
