S14 Wiper Motor Cover
This great part and more are now available at uniqueautocreations.com !
Hey everyone. I've been meaning to make a wiper motor cover for the S14 like the S13 one I made but I have a problem. I don't own / have access to an S14 so I don't have a motor for the mach up. So rather than going to the wrecking yard and buying one I thought I'd see if anyone was interested in sending me their spare motor they might have laying around. I need one in good shape, no dents, cracked frame, busted connector, etc. but it doesn't have to work. Whoever gives me one I'll send them a cover in return at no cost to them for hooking me up. Just know that I won't return the motor as I need it to put the mounting holes in the covers. It should take me 3-4 weeks to have the first run made as I am still working on the S13 Cup Holders right now. I just want to get this project going too being there is a lot of set-up time between stages of the fabrication process. Here's a link to the S13 wiper motor cover Ad so you can get an idea of what it will look like. http://zilvia.net/f/sale-items/44064...tor-cover.html Thanks for your help.

Blueshark's motor should be here next Monday so I'll be able to start on them next week. I imagine the price should be about the same, so no worries there.

Shakitto plates cover the wiper motor beautifully...

I received the motor from blueshark on Friday and I started on it today. I got it cleaned up this morning and began to take all the undercuts out of it. Right now I have a rough form of what it will be. Next up is lots of plaster work until I get the final shape out of it. I'm hoping to play with it some more this next week.

Could someone post a couple of good pics of the motor installed on an S14. There's a body seam on the firewall that looks really close to the bottom of the motor and like I said earlier, I don't have easy access to one. I just need a better understanding of how much clearance I have down there. Thanks

Thanks! That's pretty good. Man that thing is close to the seam, but what about the other lower bolt. The one in the shadow. Is it that close too? Looks like I have my work cut out for me.

This is what I've got done so far. It'll be the model I use to make the form for the final product. I'm still a couple weeks off before they are ready.

Thanks for that info. The two motors seem to be the same form the pictures but the connector is definitely different. What, did Nissan decide that the cleaner looking Zenki motor wasn't ugly enough, so they stuck some wires out of the case and tacked the connector on like an afterthought. Usually it's the other way around. I guess I'm making Zenki motor covers then.
