If you KNOW the ecu is tuned for the z32 maf and 740cc's, take off the safc and check afr's to start from there. If you're still running rich, then start checking for mechanical issues(Boost leaks, leaky injectors, etc).

can you add anymore information as to whats going on?. you said you tuned the car yourself? was there anything you changed recently with the setup? was the car running good without the safc? without knowing anything thats going on id say start checking your sensor parameters and make sure that you are getting all of the proper readouts for them. i would also double and then triple check your tune. I had the same problem recently where my tune was off on my ls1. The motor was drowning itself in fuel because the tune thought it was getting ALOT more air than it really was.

How rich are we talking? Do you have a wideband? Is the car stalling? Is this at idle only? We need more info if you want help.

Throw the safc in the trash and get a real tuning solution.

Your problem is compounded by the lack of information you presented.

What ecu do you have? You mention it's tuned for the injectors and the turbo, what about the MAF?

Why did you add an SAFC?

What settings are you using for the MAF in/out in the SAFC? For z32 I believe it's 2 in 6 out but that's on a KA24DE.

the safc im using to tune z32 maf
ecu is only tuned for turbo and injectors
problem im having is its breaking up under load aka boost
anytime full throttle just breaks up real bad
i had it dyno tuned by evolved tuning ran good a day and back to breaking up

I think you might have a boost leak. Is your maf setup for blow through? That would explain the rich condition.

What ECU is it? If you're building your set up for a budget, why not get an ECU that is set up for your MAF? Like an enthalpy, nistune or something?

You're still not providing enough information.

What SR do you have? What ECU are you running?
