ok i have 2 problems with my intake
1) problem with air temp sensor.... where the #### does it go after u get an aftermarket intake? 2) extra hose that came off the resinator box and plugs into to a black box, what does it do and i know it sucks air.... i cant use a breather for it cuz the whole is a 1/2 inch size |

there is 3 hoses off the intake....
1 goes into the engine block (valve cover) 1 is a 1/2" vaccuum line... 1 is a really small, should be some type of vaccuum line... and there is one hose that should be a vaccuum line (maybe to the exhuast) from the driver side... that went into the stock intake box and it goes no where now... |

For the AIV air box (plastic black box) you can put a breather filter on there. The air temp sensor is up to you. I have mine sitting on top of the MAF, it was just hanging there for awhile but I didn't like that. I haven't ran into problems yet. I have an 89 so it might be alittle different if you have a DOHC.

dave we have the same engine..... but yeah, no problems yet with the air temp sensor just sitting around.... maybe i should screw it into the intake where there is extra rubber before the filter- between the filter and the piping
