I am selling my s13 kouki tails. These are in mint condition. They look almost brand new in person. Cleanest set I have ever seen in person. Nothing wrong with these at all.

is the harness wired? does it come with the key for the trunk

^ Yes wired. No key, you can make your stock lock work.
