Hey... I was just thinking of reapolstering my seats, they've got the usual wear and tear. The worn bolster on the drivers side, a few holes, etc. Anyone know how much I can expect to pay? It shouldn't be any different then having a piece of furnature reapolstered right?

It's tough to say. My mom used to decorate interiors, so she knows lotsa people who reuphoster. She guessed it would be about $300 to do my s13, but that's with the homie discount

I had my S14 quoted by an upholstery shop.....to do both my front seats and rear seats and the inserts on the doors with grey and black vinyl it would have cost about $800-900....I have since decided not to go with the vinyl route....it all depends on the shop, the materials, and difficulty of the job...

I work right next to an upholstery shop. You guys gave me an awesome idea! I love my seats, but they've got that rip on the left side of the driver's seat. I tried buying all kinds of seat covers, nothing fit right. Thanks!!!

Get some leather kit. Go to http://www.leatherseats.com and look what they have to offer. They sell kits by Katskinz. Very nice quality for about 400-600$. I might be able to get everyone a Group Buy Price. You can get custom two tone leather kits for all 240SX. Give them a call for most questions.

Nice! Once again, West to the rescue, hehe.

hmm, that may have been premature. Looks like the leather kits start in 91 .

There's a guy selling seat covers at E-Bay for about $50. They say "240SX" on them. Here's the link:

'89-'94-Seat Covers aa
'89-'94-Seat Covers ab
'95-'98 Seat Covers

I will be buying a set of Two Tone Leather Interior Sets from Leatherseats.com in the future here. If anyone is interested then I will see how many people it will take before we start getting a discount. I need to get my s13 then save 600ish $ for the kit since I want the full leather and two tone and extra paneling. Let me know if anyone would be interested.

http://www.katzkin.com

Yes I know someone who had them and they looked great. Somewhat a pain do put on cause they fit like a glove...
