Make sure the cruise control actuator underneath the hood is functioning. I don't recall if it work off vacuum or not...????

Also make sure all your Cruise Control switches underneath the dash are closed. The switches on the brake & clutch pedal are not open. If they are, the Cruise Control won't activate.

It's actually a pretty easy system to work on....I'm just having a hard time remembering what else you need to check....time for me to look at MY FSM!!...

Anyhow, hope this helps...

Good luck!!

Im trying to get the cruise control for my SR working too. Im at that same point basically wher the cruise light on the pushbutton illuminates, but nothing in the cluster when trying to set the cruise speed.

If you get any progress please update with steps taken and how you fixed it. Ill do the same if I make any headway so we can cruise cruise cruise!
