Gay UK Lifestyler build
thought it was about time i joined up to this forum.
this will mostly be copy & paste from driftworks. feel free to comment. right so lets start. i once owned an S13 as some of you may already know. as i was told by driftworks a lifestyler car. which of course it totally was. never drifted it once in my whole life. god damm lifestyler right so i ended up selling it on when i finished my apprenticeship and got a full time job. i'de found a very clean s14 shell so i couldn't really turn it down. so anyway i bought it and started a new lifestyler build on it. the shell was good but the engine was fucked so first thing was to get that sorted. now when it comes to car i really can't be arsed doing any work on them unless it involves lowering them. so i had it taken to Driftgarage and Mitch to have all the work carried out. bar the cage this is how it looked when i got it. i may as well show you lot the build in the form of pictures i have because its a little long winded. basically i didn't want to cut any corners with the car so therefore i didnt need to do anything to it once it was done. so spend all my earning each month drift........sorry lifestyling in it. then i decided seeing as i'de spent so much on the car i may as well get a full blown instant lifestyler kit for it and get it painted test fitted wheels painted car painted in lifestyler purple done by Adam S on here (Adam Simmons) done a quality job of it for a VERY good price! ill get some decent pics up when its back home. not really had the chance to upload many. i'll also update the spec list when i get chance. its rather long. enjoi. |

had a few issues since malory. the oil AND water feed to the turbo cracked and thus got braided lines. the handbrake is shocking so i've ordered some R33 rear breaks. anyway none the less i did buxton. which was a top weekend! some pics. this one shows how low it goes when doing sick skidz. although i want it tucking some spokes at some point |

one of the arches has been tubbed. properly too. not just the front. but the back AND the upper chassis rail to get some clearance for the wheel (because you can't make 14's proper low without doing this)
so firstly. how the arches look as standard/smashed about a bit with a hammer pics of the front of the arch tubbed. me and my mate (the guy doing the work) thought long and hard about this part. could have done it like normal people do but this would mean relocating loads of stuff which i really CBA with. the wheels will have no chance of hitting anywhere at all now. even with geomasters. pics bear in mind this needs cleaning up and the remaining lip of the chassis leg which pokes down grinding back so its nice and smooth. as per standard. moved the tension rods over for more lock clearance got myself some standard jap front wings for it. these will be rolled to death so they'll look all AIDS ridden. crackin stuff better pics of the spoiler and bumper on. overhangs like fook. and some whore as fuck pics of bits lying round my bedroom. |

and tried the kouki wing on. totally forgot about this when it came to painting. so could do with getting that done. looks very OTT but i think the ride height means it JUST about gets away with it. anyway thought i'd do a current spec list for it as its been a while and i'm curious. so engine: front mount intercooler walbro fuel pump filter & bleed valve set to 1.0 bar apex manifold japspeed elbow, downpipe (twin down pipe for clearance) decat cat back chassis: geomaster 2's Cs2 coilovers geomaster tension rods japspeed camber, toe & traction arms poly bushed subframe, lower arms & hubs sold diff bushes extended lower arms (20mm) steering rack poly bushes whiteline ARB's transmition: 4.3 ratio welded diff DW lightened flywheel exedy paddle clutch braided clutch line nismo engine & gearbox mounts interiour: cobra fixed bucket seats on DW super low rails DW harnesses DW hydro nardi wheel with snap off boss dildo blad boost guage exteriour: vertex kit 50mm rear overfenders D-max roof spoiler Kouki boot spoiler (maybe) shell: tubbed front arches (front, back & upper chassis rail cut back for slammage clearance on the wheel) tubbed rear arches boot floor removed & welded up (tidied) Fabricage cage (floor strengthened with welded in plates) wheels: front rota grid 17 x 9 et25 with 25mm spacer (effective et0) rear rota grid 17 x 9.5 et20 with 25mm spacer (effective et-5) brakes: stock front Z32 rear setup braided lines all round |

5,30 front camber (as little as i can run)
7,20 castor -0,16 total tow out 1,20 rear camber 0,10 total tow in little update. went to buxton last weekend. had a crackin time. made a close freind got round to sticking the spoiler down and using a couple of nuts to keep it in place. i'm now debating selling the weds on as i want to run stock power this year and 11's are gonna be hard to spin up. plus tyre prices and the fact that i can get alot of money for them and i'm skinto. anyway went out for some pics. think the spoiler works alright in black TBH. enjoi |

Struggle Teesside PurpleTwat - YouTube
went out one night to do a skid. got way too carried away. did a whopping 360/crash/god knows what into a curb. the rota, lower arm and bumper took the grunt. went to Driftgarage in derby where the car was originally made and got a lower arm extended by Gaz to replace the fucked on. got home and replaced it. funnily enough the tyre held air and with the new arm on the tracking didn't seem to far out. this was just over 12 hours after the crash with a sleep inbetween. got a new rota non the less as the curb muncher didn't look brilliant. and then went to teesside on monday just gone. had a brilliant time (video's are posted previously) these are the pics some legend took from the day. smashed the front bumper a bit more trying to be an idiot (which i pulled off really well i think) and also smashed the rear a bit getting giddy. cracking day and definately going to any from now on. this is the link to the backwards bit. if you can't view it let me know and i'll see if i can obtain the video and stick it on youtube. like i say it doesn't look very quick. it was however towards the top end of third. I like the purple, sick build, one day I wanna get mine sideways! only thing I don't like is why a lot of zenki owners like to take off the grill and corners, not bashing your car or anything but it just doesn't look as clean IMO
