I have a 90 fastback, w/ stock wheels w/out hubcaps!  I really like the way a totally black wheelwell looks against any car.  So I go and buy some wheel cleaner from the store.  I get armor all whell cleaner and it says to spray it on and let sit for 60sec.  I do, then wash off with a hose and it did nothing.  Sprayed it again and left it on for 2mins.  It did very little, so i am wondering what is the most paowerful cleaner I can use to get the rust and other shit off my steelies?  I want all that off then I will sand it down, primer it, and krylon it black!  Does it matter if the primer isn't krylon?
I also need to clean the interior of some stains.  Like normal stuff on the floor and and seats!  What do you recommend I use for that?  The dash needs a little shinning as well, but didn't like the results i got from Black Magic proffessional Protectant!  Can anyone reccomend something for the interior?
