I've been searching for videos to see if I could find anything close to the sound of my tick but couldn't find anything so I thought I'd see if anyone's had this noise.

Quick back story: car was running perfect, then water pump took a shit. Replaced water pump and this noise appeared. Could just be coincidental.

When the motor is cold the noise is inapparent, but once warmed up the noise appears. I'm guessing it's oil pressure related? Swapped to a brand new chain tensioner to no avail. Going to pull the lifters tomorrow to check them out.

that sounds like rockerarms poping high? not exactly a "to low oil lvl" noise.

did you change the waterpump yourself?
