my 240 shifts from p to r without pressing the brake and the push button.
the button is stuck.
even with the car parked it can be shifted by moving the shifter.
the gear can be changed just by sliding the the shifter
i took the shifter apart and noticed that the steel bar that hold the shifter in place was bent downwards in bent it back up and i had to push the button to get out of park but the bar stays down and doesn't go back up and after that same thing i can change gear just by moving shifter. all gears
anyone ever dealt with this?
