Sr acting funny

Okay, this is what Ive got...

S14 SR in S13 running 8lbs
we just put it in and are trying to make it run right

Use to:
Hard start
Idle like crap
low vaccum
would only rev up if you punched it
would progressively run worse if you held it at a constant say 4-5k rpm
RICH RICH RICH

What I did:
Checked ALL the sensors especially the maf
all the piping for leaks, bov, ect....
replaced injectors(they were clogged, helped with the starting issue and rough idle some)
set the timing

Right now:
Its Idling smooth, but its a little low
vaccum is like 5-10in at idle, about 600rpm(seems too low to me)
If I take it up to 1500rpm vaccum rises to about 15-20in which is where it should be at idle correct?
you can roll into it slowly and it will hold 4k without hesitation
If you roll into it a little faster it starts to get the hesitation it had before

Anyone have any suggestions? This is my first SR and nobody in my area has done the 14 motor before, hence why Im here.
Also, I only know enough to get myself by with vaccum and electical so if anyone has the pdf for the 14 vaccum lines or wants to explain where the lines under the tb go to what that would be a big help. I may have something crossed or plugged or vice versa that I shouldnt. Thanks!

I made one of these, found a big boost leak. Vaccum went from 5in to about 15in and its Idling right around 1k. didnt get to see how it runs yet though, ran out of gas lol
