You can always remove the pillar when you have passengers. It's more for looks/camera mounts than for chassis stiffening. |

sticky icky 240: This is only for the top bar and you have a PM
TangyXTC: I have had mine in for about 5+ months, and no1 has hit there head on it that I have know of. But I know it could happen 0kami: I felt a slight difference in handling, but it looks good and you always get the question " what is this bar for" |

for s14 and s13 coupes its useless... just a place to put a bling bar, but for the s13 hatch if its strong enough that is a weak point in the chassis and should help things a bit. Has this confirmed fitment on the 89-90 sohc style s13 hatchbacks? any pictures? The 89-90 seatbelt brackets are different from the 91-93 hatch brackets. 91+s13 hatch sb brackets go straight down, while 89-90 are slanted and towards the glass.

We just put one on my freinds 90 hatch. It was a bitch and it doesnt fit just right but it looks good. Its not even on each side, you cant really tell till you get real close. We had to play with the end links (folded one backwards and up side down) and bolted it to the bolt that holds the seats belts. You have to play with it but it works

damn :-( Im not looking for a big bling useless shiny bar in my rear window, im looking for structural integrity improval in the weakspot of the hatch. If they decide to make one with endlinks compatible to the 89-90 while being a big structural improvement in the back I might be interested.

I'd love to see one of these mounted in an s13 hatch since that's what I have
I'm very interested in buying this but I'd love to seeatleast a pic first so I can really visualize it. I have people in my back seat from time to time.. |
