Ok I fixed the fuel pump problem and got it down now what about my fuel running super rich and I have no idea as to why

lol sorry bout that well i say its running super stupid rich not because its smoking or anything but the AFR gauge is reading 17.9 to pretty much - - - all the time at idle when i enter boost or start reving it it goes down to 12.5 almost 11 at WOT but at idle or cruzing it reads 18.0 or - - - is what the gauge sits at (- - -) being all the way over to red and also when i disconnect the maf it goes to 11.5 green at idle when i connect it it goes to super rich and it cant be the maf i swapped it out for a brand new one couple weeks ago.
