SR SR20DET 5 Speed Harness in Auto S13

Well I am 3/4 through my layaway plan for my 97/98 J4 Kouki Blacktop SR20DET. It is already pre-wired for my year S13 with a manual harness.

The problem is that my car used to be an auto and I converted it to a 5 speed and kept the auto ECU and lower harness. My question is will it work with my auto passenger-side fuse box? I am just a little worried because I remember that I had to do some wiring mods to it when I did the 5 speed swap and now I just basically need to know what I would have to do to make a J4 blacktop SR harness plug into my auto chassis or whether I should pay extra and get the auto harness wired into the SR harness.

Thank you for your help and I apologize if this is a repost but I could not find any of this anywhere else or on this site.

Don't think about needing a manual lower harness, look at it like this, your converted auto harness worked on the KA, the SR is no different.

The alternator plugs are the same, VSS is the same, and the starter is only different from the type of plug for the solenoid. Everything will mate right back up just as it did originally, the extra switches on the transmission weren't used before, they won't be used now.

So I just need to send them my harness to get the plugs swapped over and then I will need to change the end of the starter plug?
