Is my cam timing off?
The first cylinder's cams should be facing away from each other as per the FSM but it seems the outside cam is more rotated clockwise than the inside one. |

yes your off, match the right cam (exhaust) to the left (intake) and you should be on time.
did you mark chain before your started or if your replacing chain start from the bottom and everything should line up

Agreed. The cam on the right (exhaust cam) should be pointing horizontally to the right.

Wtf??? Dude just remove the tensioner, maybe break the cam gear loose, reposition the cam, compress the tensioner, (if you've never done it before, look it up before you just put it in a vise and break it like I did) then Reinstall the tensioner.
