Wierd SAFC Problem

I pulled an 96 automatic KA and swapped it in my manual 240 a while back. Around this same time i installed my safc 2. But im having a wierd problem...i can't get a TPS reading. My buddy told me it was due to the motor being automatic and my car being originally a 5 speed. He also said i would need a ECU wiring diagram from an automatic 240 (which i can't freaking find) b/c mine is diffrent. Have any of you guys delt with this problem at all?

ive got a ecu pin out diagram for a 95 240sx and it says pin #23 controls the tps sensor, but my safc is connected to it and i still can't get a reading? Does anyone know if the ECU pin out for the 95 is the same for the 96 b/c i have a 96 240.
