5-Speed Swap Questions

I've done some research but I haven't really found any solid answers so maybe someone here can help me. I have a '97 S14 and I purchased a 5-speed tranny from a '95 S14. Are there any problems I should be ready for being that my car is OBDII? Also, I need to know whether or not I should change out the ECU. If I do have to, I assume I need a '97 5-speed ECU. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

*Sorry about the double post. The first one I tried to submit gave me an error so I thought it didn't work.*

You searched? This is a very common question. Of course you won't have problems. 95' = S14, 97' = S14 thus no problems with fitment, cluch, flywheel, driveshaft, etc.

You will need a S14 OBD-II manual ECU (late 95' to 98') which you can find either on eBay or here on the forum. That's about it.
