Spec r Transmssion swap

Starting to not like my 6 Speed on my sr. Changing into ka24de tranny for multiple reasons. My question is can i use the 6 speed bellhousing on the ka? I know it’s longer than 5 speed bell housings(ka and sr). Run dualmass to cover the extra length? Or use 5 Speed flywheel?

Thanks

Do you have a S15? If not, the process is the same minus trimming. A buddy of mine just went through this process in his S13 w/ S15 SR. Just remember to keep a speed sensor on the trans or diff.
