KA stock ka problems

so I have a 93 vert. completely stock. bought the car with a blown headgasket. replaced everything but rings and bearings (new hg, external gaskets, timing set etc). when its cold it runs great but as soon as it warms up it bucks at idle, and from off idle to about 2.5k it sputters. I already replaced the cts. and I have no cel. car just passed smog before it started doing this as well, and its getting progressively worse. any ideas or help is very appreciated

Off idle I'm assuming you mean as soon as you accelerate? Check spark plugs for proper gap? Make sure plug wires are secure/in good shape? Distributor? Also could be crappy fuel filter? ...just some ideas

yes as soon as I accelerate. plugs were gapped correctly I put new ones in when I put the motor together as well as new cap and rotor, and plugwires. I thought it was the filter too but I changed it and I stikl have the same problem today I was tinkerin with it on my lunch break and I think I could hear a vaccum leak around the egr valve. all the lines are new and in the right place. hopefully its just the gasket. ill post tomorrow if I figure it out
