So he got arrested Oct.11th and his FB has a post where he says "out" on Oct.12th. Looks like mommy and daddy bailed him out. Anyway, forget cutting his arms off. Take a sledgehammer to his hands and then hit them with a blender.

Well hopefully the law takes care of this problem, I'd rediculus if he were in Chicago, they wouldn't let his ass out, they don't take car theft too lightly

today i went and looked at the car again to make sure they removed the right stuff from his and my car.
car will have to be towed with no front suspension, wheels or anything since they cant do it or legally let me do it.. found a pair of my oakleys still in there, other pair was gone. but i was stoked to find them

Anyways as for a new update.
if i cant get the car home tomorrow i may just call it a loss and let them take it to auction. i am piss poor after this whole ordeal all the way from having to buy a new car to this. i still have to pay for the tow they already did. 190, and 200 for the storage since its been on release. so thats 390 i owe, plus the car has to be towed again, another 190 im guessing. so thats 580 im at to just get a car home. plus i cant put the car together cause im not "ASE Certified". so unless something happens tomorrow im gonna just go lay in a ditch and die. this is just putting to much stress in my life. FML-

It seems they want a shop to re-install your parts and they wont do it free. Maybe someone on the forum that is ASE certified can help you out. Have them say they'll do it for free and you put your own parts on the car. Of course that's the shop putting their rep on the line, but that would only happen if you put their name out there.
About towing, get AAA. Its like 90 a year and you get a few tows (depending on your plan).

a friend is helping me out with the towing since he knows a guy. so the car is gonna be towed back to my house..total cost today is gonna be close to 700 to get it home.
probably gonna part it or sell it as a whole and be done with it. ill get no where near what i paid for it but anything helps right now

dude i would hang onto it and bring it back slowly, over time.
if you part it out and sell it, then this scumbag wins in the end. you have a DD, so make this your project.. just my .02, and trying to give some support for a fellow enthusiast. |

dunno how many parts you're gonna need how soon, but I'm putting coilovers on my hatch this upcoming week, and you're welcome to my stock springs/struts if you don't have suspension by then. I'm up in savannah, ga.

damn that is almost painful to see.
Idk if it is too soon, but once your done with the shell of the car, i would be interested. make sure you keep receipts from everything and you can get full recovery from the D-bag when the sentence is brought down. Some asshat tried to break into my G for what they thought was a purse(happened to have my gym close in it) and did almost 2 grand in damage. Dude ended up paying to pay my insurance back for all the repairs. Ps little late, but you might want to consider comprehensive insurance now. it is a little more, but well.... yeah.
