18x10 +11 The fronts are -14 effective offset with a 25mm spacer to clear the Z-brakes. THe clearance is literally like less than a mm from the caliper. I'll get more pics later on. thanks for the comments guys. |

Got the rear BBSs on today....this is all you get:
I have, at bare minimum, got to take a bunch of camber out. I think the tires are too stretched...it looks like shit right now that's why you only get these shots. I want to move the 245s up front and throw some 265s on the rear. I didn't even have to touch the fenders, I thought I'd at least have to do a news paper pull. The camber is at like -3.8 right now, I want to pull it out to -2. I'll reassess the tire situation at that time.

I have one extremely shitty picture from the side...it does not do it very good justice at all:
The rear was fresh off of being on a lift for 2-3 hours in near freezing temperatures, so it is not that high off the ground - but it definitely isn't how I want it to look. I just think the tires are way too small, I want to go up at least one size if not two.

Are there any people running a 235/45/17 up front on a 17x8?

I think Koguchi was running 235/45/17 RT-615s up front on his red D1 car last year when he was still sponsored by Falken, on 17x9.5 57Optimise Gram Lights... That's probably the closest you'll get to that size. |

Its not a drift car, track car, etc, and its only 1% larger in diameter than stock. Running 215/45/17 on the 17x8 FN's I have up front... and they're tiny. Too short, and not wide enough. The 245/45/17 tires I have in the rear look like they belong there. Fill out the wheel well nicely and puts some meat between my rims and the road.

Jumping from a 215/45 to 235/45 is quite big. I'd start with a 225/40 on a 17x8 before trying out the 235/45. IMO 235/45 on a 8jj is pretty meaty...

Something around 24.3-24.4" for 235/40/17 versus 24.6-24.7" for the 215/45/17s. If you want sidewalls man, a 225/45/17 will give you plenty. Those are usually around 24.9-25.1" in diameter. |

If I could find a decent pair of FN01's in 17x10, I'd move my rims from the rear up front, and put the 17x10's out back.
