What's the proper mounting method for the S13 GTR grille?

Clips? screw and grommet? Tired of using zip ties for them

From what I saw in the FB group, the site owner has been unreachable. So an admin is unsure what to do long term for the site

Correct. This is hosted on a private server which is likely slowly dying. Site owner has not bee in contact for 2 years now. Essentially Zilvia has become one of those abandon sites that once the server pukes will be gone forever.

Anyone know what wire color on the radio harness is the amp turn on. According to the graph on the internet it's supposed to be light green but I can't find any light green wire.

Do SR20's have the same black plastic fuel rail spacer washers that KA rails have? I don't remember there being any when I disassembled everything but it wouldn't be the first corner cut by the previous owner of the engine.

Is there a way to find out what production number is your 240sx? I read that the last 6digits on the vin is the production number but it doesnt seem right as they were around 2000 1998 s14. Just trying to find out if my 240sx was the last one on the production line lol

Issue: 92 dual cam- speedometer needle doesn't work, fluctuates around sometimes, doesn't work at all sometimes. Also the odometer stopped working.

Question: Is this likely the speed sensor that if failing? Or the cluster itself?

Any input appreciated, thank you.

If its L/G it means Blue wire with Green stripe, not light green

EDIT: Just checked the FSM I have--the LG wire is for cars with ACTIVE SPEAKER

Does anyone know if the Yashio Factory Okachan V2 will work with a KA24DE ECU through the consult port? Or does it require an SR20 ECU? Anyone tested with KA24DE before?

Help with muffler

Hey, guys, I am going to get a cat delete for my r33 gts but a buddy of mine recommended to also get a turbo muffler to make the car sound better. But I am not sure what turbo muffler to start with. Any suggestions?

Without erring on the side of caution, how likely do yous think it would be for there to be a decrease in oil pressure when using an S14 gasket on an S13 (see: O-Ring) pickup tube for SR20? My oil pressure is a bit low and I wasn't aware of there being a difference, yet I really don't see how the S14 flat gasket would do a poor job of sealing the S13 flange.

Edit: I'd like to add, just to save face, that I'm not trying to skip a step. I'm replacing it with the correct parts before running the engine, just wanna know how much I can look forward to this improving my condition.

Edit 2 Update: Replaced the pickup tube and gasket and my oil pressure is phenomenal now. All is good.

I believe the clusters do that. Probably simple and fixable, like a capacitor.

Serials are often not sequential, and are blocked off all sorts of ways based on all sorts of factors. There used to be some guys with access to dealer databases and all sorts of knowledge, with really big lists and who could look up vins, numbers of colors per year, all sorts of things - I feel like it was more on nico - you might be able to find some of that still kicking around the internet, or those guys still on one of those sites, if you try. Try searching zilvia and nicoclub with a search engine, not the frustrating integrated search feature.

What kind of quality can I expect from VIS Racing Sports? I'm interested in their Type-X style bumper for the S13, I really like that it has the lip and bumper extensions molded in, and no front plate mount.

https://visracing.com/i-30504368-198...%7Cyear%3D1992

Would I need any different brackets or anything to mount that on a Chuki S13?

Thanks!

I'd be willing to bet it mounts like any aftermarket FRP front bumper, and doubt that you need OEM Kouki brackets to mount it "properly". If it were me, I'd use generic hardware and shims to mount it to the brackets by the headlights/hood, drill holes and fasten it to the fenders, and run Autocollect Storm 180sx bumper guides. Can't comment on the fitment quality of VIS, I believe their stuff is from the same factory as Extreme Dimensions.
