S14 KA24DE High Idle

Hi I'm kind of new to this and am not very mechanically familiar. I have a 1995 240sx s14 with a rebuilt ka24de that idles around 2000 - 3000 rpm's. I'm not sure if it's a vacuum leak or I need to adjust the IACV, but I need some suggestions to where I should start. Thanks

High uncontrollable idle, adjusting the idle air control valve has no effect on idle.
Usually a person didn't connect the coolant lines to the iacv, or vacuum leak(big for 2-3krpm) or it could be the TPS closed voltage is wrong.

And have you adjusted your idle down, there's a Philips head slot you can twist thay will adjust the idle its on the passenger side (on the firewall side of the intake manifold)

Yeah. I adjusted the idle down, bought a new maf sensor, and fixed a small vacuum leak. Not sure which one did the trick but she idles perfectly now.
