KA24DE: 170,xxx miles, was running good before I pulled it out (pulled it out to swap something else into the car) - $350 (will throw in the felpro gaskets)
GReddy BOV - $100

Tapped Oil Pan - $70
Exedy Clutch w/ Flywheel - $140
ISR short shifter - $60

Not sure from Texas but shipping a KA from NY to CA I was quoted 400-600.
