I got a s13 trans with a spec stage two clutch. After the 5 speed swap everything was good until I heard this noise slowly starting to occur

Think you guys can help me out? Disassembled the trans like 3 times and nothing worked. TOB seems good pilot bearing seems good no signs of anything rubbing new slave new master brand new lightweight flywheel. Maybe cause I didnt get the flywheel resurfaced? Im thinking its just the spec clutch being shitty but idk

Also I have a rattling noise coming from the shifter if anyone knows what that is. Only happens in 4th when I downshift
