Ka starts perfectly fine when cold, but won't start when hot?

my ka24e starts right up after its been sitting over night (cold). But won't start until it's completely cool again. I think my headgasket is going out, cause it's puffing a little white smoke. Could coolant be getting into the cylinders while running and then causing it to flood?

I probably answered my own question lol but any ideas appreciated
