S13 Driver Side Seat Bolts not coming out!

Hey guys, so I'm currently part way through modding my s13 when I thought it was about time to get a bucket seat. Though when I go to take out my old seat, the front left bolt for my drivers side seat (as if your sitting in the car) just turns freely. It wiggles back and forth like its free floating, and i can twist the whole thing with my hand. It feels like I'm twisting the bolt and what ever it screws into for the car. Any ideas?

Sounds like the bolt may be stripped.

Get a pair of vice grips on it and while spinning it off pull hard. The threads should catch and it should start to come out.

Do you think that it is possible the "nut" that the bolt screws into my have broken off from where its mounted to the car/ rail under the carpet? Is that even feasible?

I'm worried that it may be the "nut" that the bolt is screwed into has broken off the rail under the carpet, though idk if that's even feasible? Its almost feels like I'm spinning the bolt and whatever its screwed into...
