Drift Freaq Polyurethane Engine & Trans Mounts! FINAL CLEARANCE SALE!

These are 80 durometer track tested high quality polyurethane engine and trans mounts. There is a link in my sig that will take you to a multi page review. Lots of people here are using my mounts.

[B]The studs do not run straight through the center of these mounts unlike other brands.
You will not get any excessive vibrations from these because of this.
You will get mounts that are better than Nismo and do not rattle your teeth.

A trans mount replacement is recommended as most 240sx stock trans mounts are worn by now. Unless it's been replaced previously. If your shifter moves around a lot your trans mount is probably worn out.
See below for the solution.

Drift Freaq Trans Mounts
The trans mount has exhaust hanger studs!! It also improves your shifting because your transmission no longer moves around under your shift lever like stock. Because of this you get a the effect of having a short shifter without really having one. The shift lever goes straight into its gates quickly and with less effort.

You may experience minor vibrations from the trans mount compared to the feel of a stock trans mount. The trans is responsible for a lot of NVH in our cars hence why Nissan put in the wimpy stock trans mount that let's you shifter wiggle all over. This vibration will diminish as the mounts set in.

I also should point out that the nuts that are provided are Nyloc which means you do not need to torque them down hard. A hand wrench is fine for tightening them. Do not use an air ratchet or impact gun.

This is the latest design with centered studs (that are not connected) in British Racing Green.

Ok Guys this is it we are entering Final days. I am leaving the business. I will be having an End of Business sale with fairly decent discounts.

Which you see below this will be a sale til end of stock.

There will also be no heat shields sold as they are going out of production

$136 shipped for trans mount.

$136 shipped for a set of mounts

$255 shipped for a set of mounts with trans

All sales are final i.e. No returns because you decide you don't want or need them. So please make sure you want/need the item before making your purchase.

So you finally have a sticky thread. =P

I can attest that these mounts can handle pretty damn over 1000lbs worth of abuse. I know, I did some stupid shit with the engine hoist and forgot to "unbolt" the bottom of the engine mount.

Just started my car up for the first time with these on and my motor did not shake one bit during idle!! Put a penny on the valve cover and it was super still. Great mounts!

These are on my pro-am car. Actually fairly comfortable Even when paired with xcessive solid trans mount (Z32 conversion). I'm VERY happy and I'll be recommending them to everyone in NW region who's looking for mounts

Motor stays very planted, but car doesn't loosen bolts ^_^. It's comfortable. I'm most likely going to buy these for my street/daily s14 car I'll be "building". I'm sure it'd be even smoother with drift freaq trans mount instead of the metal to metal trans mount from xcessive, lol.

I recommend these!

whats the height of these compared to stock or nismo motor mounts. I have a 2jz in mine s13 and my window weld filled mounts have my oil pan sitting level with my subframe.

Car is slammed and oil pan would like some more safety besides my skid plate.

I'm between your mounts and Xcessive mounts.

Thanks

The height of the mount or how high it makes your engine sit? Nismo mounts raise your engine up about an inch my mounts will drop your engine down about 1/2 inch to 3/4 of inch though the oil pan will not sit below the crossmember. I am not sure how deep the 2j pan runs in comparison to KA or SR pans. If you want a set of mounts that are not going to rattle your teeth then you will want my mounts.
My mounts are right around 2 and 3/4 inches tall.

Hows ground clearance on a Greddy Pan w/ a Red Top? I need about a 1/2" lower than OE. My Downpipe keeps hitting my floor pan and Im not going to be bashing it in.

Also assuming I am having this issue as my trans mount seems done too.

The mounts do drop the engine about a 1/2 inch.

The stock trans mount is pretty soft and if its stock it's probably toast now. I have been seeing torn up stock trans mounts for years they lasted around 100k before they started coming apart. At that point your trans is moving quite a bit.

Coming from the temporary(that was not so temporary) fix of Circuit Sports mounts after my stock ones broke, these things are amazing. These feel very nice, very little vibration and they honestly feel way more responsive than the CS mounts. Its also very nice to not have to guess where the transmission is going to be under your car as its bouncing around.

These are great thanks!

They should work fine. As far as shipping goes it is usually pretty fast but i do say allow up to weeks time from ordering for shipping. As far as shipping time itself goes I ship priority mail so you usually see the product in 2-3 days from actual shipment date.

Why is shipping so expensive on these? I would consider buying if the cost wasn't so disproportional.

Perhaps you do not understand the breakdown . Shipping for a set of engine mounts is a flat $16 and for engine and trans is $19 due to the extra weight. The price of the engine mounts is $120 the price of the trans mount is $120 when you buy them together you actually get a $10 discount.

If this is stopping you, you are really missing out. These are still a deal for the quality you are getting, think of it this way, they cost 249 bucks and you get free shipping.

I might use this in marketing $249 Free shipping! LOL Seriously the shipping cost is less than 10% of the actual purchase price which is no way disproportional.

Really... just... REALLY?!?!

So you're saying you would buy them if shipping was $5 cheaper? That doesn't even make sense, talk about a CHEAP ASS...

I guess people's time isn't worth anything to you.

Awesome mounts! Ran them on my S13 and they felt great. Combined with Amsoil transmission fluid, my shifts felt very crisp and fell right into place (none of that wiggling bull on the freeway that you get with stock, worn out mounts).
