s13 B&M Shifter for my setup

I have a 92 240sx with an RB26 engine and an RB25 trans, I would love to know the part number for a B&M short shifter that will work since people are saying it is the best shifter out there. Most of the B&M shifters on ebay, the sellers are telling me wont work with my setup.... I know someone out there has the same swap as me and trans.

Can someone give me a part number to the B&M short shifter that will work for me and if not what is a really, really high quality shifter that can stand the abuse without worries of breakage and what not. I am really hoping to hear from you guys, because I was looking to buy one of those B&M shifters like yesterday and need it badly. Well, I appreciate the help beforehand.

Steven

Bump anyone? I have a good feeling stock shifter, but want to replace with a really good quality, big throw reduction shifter. I found a B&M on ebay but they claim the wont work on RB25 trannys.

I'm not sure there is a B&M that will work on a 25 trans since B&M actually replaces the plate on top of the shift linkage, so it would have to be exactly for an RB25, from what I've heard C's shifters are the jam for RB's and Nismo is close 2nd, however I believe C's shifters are discontinued and Nismo may be as well, I did read somewhere that ebay KA short shifters work on a 25 if you swap the bottom bushing?

I have noticed C's shifters still floating around here and there.. Sucks the B&M won't really work, guess I will be buying a C's then maybe. I was really liking the B&M setup because the springs keeping it tight and able to kind of help thru the gears.

I dont know why many dont use the spring setup like that and a way to adjust the shifter with bumpstops kinda so you dont overshift thru the gears. You gotta kind of excuse me if you dont get what I mean, I'm a guy coming from mustang shifter setups and the short shifters for them have what seems like more features.

I have searched on ebay and found a brand called cube, dont know how the quality is but they claim they work fine.
I just don't want to purchase any shifter for that trans until I kinda hear some feedback, I gotta replace the current RB20 trans in my 240 tho because the boosted RB26 I am running feels like it is gonna twist in in half. The shifter is also so full of play it is pitiful and if you pull up on the shifter it will just pop out.
I plan on pulling the RB20 trans out and going thru it all either for a backup or to keep in case someone needs it for a swap etc.. I like to keep parts somewhat handy even, because one problem with people just junking parts is it makes it harder for others when looking for a good core/rebuilt one.

If the shifter pops out of the trans when you pull up on it it's missing a snap ring
